The Re Ambrogio Carnival is the great carnival festival of Manerbio (Province of Brescia), a center of the Bassa bresciana. The event takes its name from its symbolic mask, Re Ambrogio, and is part of the traveling circuit of the Carnevale dei Colli, which between January and March passes through numerous municipalities in the provinces of Brescia and Mantua.
