Raviolo Festival

The 100th edition of the Raviolo Festival, held on March 22 and 23, 2025, was one of the most important in the history of the event in Casalfiumanese, in the Bologna region. To celebrate the centenary (1925-2025), the Pro Loco and the municipal administration led by Mayor Beatrice Poli organized numerous collateral initiatives.

Among the special events were the inauguration on March 19 with the show "The Epic of the Flying Ravioli" by Alfonso Cuccurullo, a reinterpretation of the festival's first century, and the presentation of the commemorative volume "100 Years of Raviolo Festival". There were no shortage of food stalls, exhibitions, and the traditional toss of sweet ravioli from the tower, the identity core of a festival that in Casalfiumanese coincides with the very identity of the town.
