Raviola and Totomè Festival

The 2025 edition of the Raviola and Totomè Festival took place on March 1, 2025, in Piazza F. Crispi, Ravanusa (province of Agrigento), as part of the 37th Historic Ravanusa Carnival. The event focused on the raviola, a fried pastry filled with ricotta, and the totomè, a fritter covered with warm honey or powdered sugar, offering visitors tastings of these local products within the festive atmosphere of the carnival.

Organized by the Pro Loco Ravanusa with the support of the Municipality of Ravanusa and the Sicilian Region, the festival renewed the appointment with the flavors of the peasant tradition, contributing to the promotion of the gastronomic identity of the Agrigento town.
