Quisquina Cheese Festival - Quisquina Cheese and Local Products Festival

The 23rd Cheese Festival of Santo Stefano Quisquina took place on Sunday, May 25, 2025. The day opened at 9:30 AM with the Tamburi della Quisquina, followed by the opening of the stalls and the first tastings of cheeses and local products (10:00 AM).

Among the most popular events were the milk workshops with tastings of quagliata and ricotta, the taste workshop and guided tasting with ONAF and Slow Food, tastings curated by the I.I.S.S. "Luigi Pirandello," and artisanal sweets. In the afternoon, after the reopening of the stalls, the program continued with the traveling musical show of the Sal Cacciatore Dixie Band, the arrival of the Sikania Folk group, and the cooking show featuring the giant ricotta cake by master pastry chef Giovanni Mangione in Piazza della Vittoria. Guided tours of the village were organized by the Pro Loco and young guides from the local school.
