In Rozzano, in the province of Milan, Piazza Foglia becomes the stage for an event dedicated to well-being for a weekend: the Prevention and Sport Day. Two days of completely free activities, designed to introduce citizens of all ages to the culture of prevention and movement, in a festive and participatory atmosphere.

The health village

The heart of the initiative is the health village, with mobile clinics and healthcare specialists available to citizens for consultations, screenings, and information. It's an opportunity to discuss prevention in an accessible and direct way, thanks to the presence of ASST Melegnano and Martesana, which organizes the event in collaboration with the Lombardy Region.

Sport and associations

Alongside health is street sport, with instructors from local associations offering try-outs and activities for adults and children. The exhibition stands of sports, music, and Third Sector associations showcase the rich associative fabric of Rozzano, while live shows and entertainment accompany the two days.

An event for the whole community

Completely free and aimed at all age groups, the Prevention and Sport Day is an example of how health institutions, associations, and the Municipality can network for the well-being of the community.
