Potato Festival

The 2025 edition of the Potato Festival took place in Pofi, in the province of Frosinone, on a Sunday in November, confirming the formula that led to the success of previous editions. The Pro Loco Pofi set up food stalls with a menu entirely dedicated to the potato, where handmade gnocchi maintained their role as the event's signature dish.

Alongside the cuisine, as per tradition, there was an exhibition and zero-kilometer sale of potatoes produced by local farms, an opportunity for direct contact between producers and visitors. The local novello wine accompanied the dishes throughout the day, in a village festival atmosphere that attracted families and traditional cuisine enthusiasts from all over Ciociaria.

With this event, the Pro Loco closed its annual program, following the summer months marked by the Pofi Folk Festival, the Fried Pizza Festival, and the Pofi Vegetable Festival.
