The Polentata di Moron is one of the events of the Carnival of Saint-Vincent, in the province of Aosta, which brings the carnival festivities to the upper hamlets of the municipality. The event takes place in the alpine hamlet of Moron, near the church of San Maurizio, in a mountain setting overlooking the valley.

The distribution of polenta in a mountain setting is one of the most characteristic moments of the spa town's Carnival, in the province of Aosta.
The event precedes the other appointments of the Saint-Vincent Carnival, including the Carnival Polenta in the town center (February 16).

How to get there
Saint-Vincent is located along the SS26 of the Aosta Valley and is served by the Châtillon-Saint-Vincent train station. The hamlet of Moron can be reached by car from the town center by following the signs; the polenta distribution takes place near the church of San Maurizio.
