Edition 2025 — Polenta Festival

The 17th edition of the Polenta Festival took place in Roncegno Terme from Thursday, August 7 to Sunday, August 10, 2025. For four days, the town center hosted food stalls dedicated to polenta and corn-based dishes, with live music and entertainment, confirming the event as one of the most cherished summer appointments in the Valsugana valley.

Polenta Festival 2025 — 17th edition

The 2025 edition of the Polenta Festival was held in Roncegno Terme from Thursday, August 7 to Sunday, August 10, 2025, spanning four days. The historic center of the town welcomed food stalls managed by local associations, featuring polenta in its traditional versions and cornmeal desserts.

As is customary, the festival combined gastronomic offerings with live music and entertainment, with moments also dedicated to families and children. The event, organized with the involvement of local volunteers and the support of the APT Valsugana Lagorai, attracted residents and tourists to the heart of the Valsugana, in a convivial atmosphere typical of Trentino summer festivals.
