Polenta Festival

The 2025 Polenta Festival in Cervara di Roma took place on Monday, December 8th, on the occasion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, confirming itself as one of the most cherished winter events in the highest village in Lazio. As per tradition, polenta was the true star of the day, served hot and generous in the squares of the historic center and accompanied by the flavors of mountain cuisine.

The event was part of the rich calendar of polenta festivals that animate the upper Aniene Valley every year around the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, drawing residents and visitors to the small Simbruini Mountains town.
