Polenta and Wild Boar Festival

In 2025, the Polenta and Wild Boar Festival celebrated its sixteenth edition in Paterno, at the Contrada San Bartolomeo, during the weekends of September 20-21 and 27-28. The heart of the event was the stone-ground "a palle" polenta, served with wild boar ragù, sausage and mushrooms, or leeks and bacon, accompanied by fried polenta, polenta concia, Tuscan appetizers, wild boar stew, grilled meats, and tripe, with gluten-free and children's menus available.

The evenings were enlivened by the 90s and 2000s music of Millennium Vibez (September 20) and the Discoteca Concorde (September 27), confirming the cheerful and convivial atmosphere that has made this festival a long-awaited event of the Castelfranco di Sotto summer for years.
