Edition 2025 — Polenta and Cod

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Baldissero Canavese once again organized the traditional Polenta and Cod dinner, a late-February event dedicated to this great classic of Piedmontese cuisine. A convivial evening in Piazza Unità d'Italia, featuring a full traditional menu and a takeaway service for the polenta and cod, following a well-loved formula repeated year after year.

The 2025 edition of Polenta and Cod confirmed the bond between Baldissero Canavese and this signature dish of the local tradition. The Pro Loco hosted the dinner in the town center, in Piazza Unità d'Italia, serving yellow polenta and white-style cod alongside other courses on the evening's menu. As is customary, a takeaway service was also available for those who preferred to enjoy the dish at home. An event that, edition after edition, continues to bring the community of this village in the Province of Turin together around the flavors of the Piedmontese mountains.

Prices

Dinner by reservation, with discounted rates for Pro Loco members and reduced prices for children. Takeaway portions of polenta and cod available.
