Edition 2025 — Polenta Academy
The twentieth edition of the Polenta Academy took place over six weekends, from October 25 to November 30, 2025, in the accommodations of Val Tartano: Albergo Miralago, La Gran Baita, Vallunga, Rifugio Il Pirata, and Rifugio Beniamino, with polenta-based menus from appetizer to dessert.
In 2025, the Polenta Academy celebrated its twentieth edition with six gastronomic weekends, from October 25-26 to November 29-30. The accommodations in Val Tartano offered menus entirely dedicated to polenta, featuring traditional dishes and innovative pairings. The estimated price was €35 for dining only and €70 with overnight stay.
