Poiana di Granfion Codfish Festival

The 2025 edition of the Codfish Festival took place in Poiana di Granfion, a hamlet of Grisignano di Zocco, with the usual spring festival format. The food stand offered codfish in five different ways, from appetizers to main courses, open in the evening and for lunch on Sundays. The festival, organized by the committee of the Festival of San Gaetano, confirmed its role as an anticipated event of the Vicenza spring, celebrating one of the symbolic dishes of local cuisine, in the province of Vicenza.
