Edition 2025 — Pizzinchiella Festival

On Friday, September 12, 2025, Campagnano di Roma hosted the second edition of the Pizzinchiella Festival. Following the extraordinary success of its debut, the festival doubled in size with a richer program, thanks to the support of ARSIAL and the Lazio Region. The star was the pizzinchiella, the rustic savory crepe of the Roman Tuscia, featured among food stalls, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions in the historic center.

The second edition of the Pizzinchiella Festival took place on Friday, September 12, 2025, in the historic center of Campagnano di Roma, between Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via della Rocca, and Piazza Cesare Leonelli.

The day began at 4:30 PM with children's workshops dedicated to the pizzinchiella along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. At 5:00 PM, the conference "Recipes of Memory: Stories, Flavors, and Community" was held at the Pilgrim's Archaeological Museum. From 6:00 PM, the food stalls opened, and a figurative art exhibition was inaugurated at Palazzo Venturi. The official opening of the festival took place at 7:00 PM, with the Campagnano-style pizzinchiella served in all its variations alongside local products. The event, with free admission, was organized by the Pizzinchiella Campagnanese Association with the Pro Loco.
