Live Music in Pionca di Vigonza
PioncaRock is the live music festival that has transformed the Sant'Ambrogio parish square, in the hamlet of Pionca di Vigonza (province of Padua), into a stage for bands and musicians since 2009. Born from the commitment of a group of volunteers, it has become a benchmark for the local rock and cover band scene in the Veneto region.
Emerging Bands and Tributes
The lineup alternates between emerging groups and tribute bands dedicated to rock icons, giving space to those taking their first steps on stage as well as established formations. The festival is an opportunity to discover new talents and relive the songs that have made music history.
A Festival Run by Volunteers
Admission to the summer evenings is free, and from the evening onwards, the food stand offers sandwiches, fried foods, cold beer, and other specialties. The entire event is managed by volunteers, and the proceeds are donated to the Parish of Pionca, confirming the event's community spirit.
Not Just Summer
Alongside the summer festival in July, PioncaRock also organizes events throughout the rest of the year, such as acoustic evenings and winter tributes, expanding its musical offerings and maintaining its connection with the local community of Vigonza.

The 2026 year of PioncaRock opened with a winter acoustic event: 'Faccia da Max – Tributo 883 & Pezzali @ Pioncarock Acoustic', scheduled for Friday, February 6th, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM in Pionca di Vigonza, with a participation fee of 5 euros for members and 8 euros for non-members.
