Piedmontese Fritto Misto Festival

The summer of 2025 in Salza di Pinerolo, a small municipality in the Upper Val Germanasca in the Metropolitan City of Turin, was marked by the initiatives organized by the local Pro Loco, the true engine of community life in a village of a few dozen inhabitants. Between village festivals, convivial moments, and the patronal feast on September 8, the summer calendar kept the traditions of this corner of the Waldensian valleys of the Pinerolo area alive. The Piedmontese Fritto Misto dinner, announced by the Pro Loco as a new initiative, officially enters the program starting in the summer of 2026, enriching the village's event offerings.
