Our Lady of the Rosary, whose liturgical feast day is October 7th, is the patron saint of Cairate, a municipality in the province of Varese known for its monumental Monastery of Santa Maria Assunta. In her honor, on the first weekend of October, the town celebrates its patronal feast: several days of festivities that combine religious dimension, culture, and entertainment.
