Partschinser Weinfest (Stachlburg Wine Festival)

The Weinfest in der Stachlburg 2025 was held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, in the castle-winery courtyard in Parcines. The day combined tastings of the estate's organic wines with live music, gastronomic specialties, and a convivial atmosphere in the historic setting of the manor.

Among the highlights of the edition, guided cellar tours led by the winemaker Mattia allowed visitors to discover the secrets of vinification and the history of production. For enthusiasts, two vertical tastings of historic vintages (from 2000 to 2021) were also organized, a rare opportunity to taste the evolution of Stachlburg wines over time.

Opening of the castle courtyard from 11:00 AM. Throughout the day: tasting of organic wines from the Stachlburg estate, live music, South Tyrolean gastronomic specialties, guided cellar tours with winemaker Mattia, and two vertical tastings of historic vintages (from 2000 to 2021).
