The May festival of Parè
The Parè Village Festival is the May event for the hamlet of Parè, in Conegliano, in the province of Treviso. Organized by the parish, it enlivens the neighborhood for three weekends with the typical conviviality of Venetian village festivals.
Gastronomy and community moments
Every evening, the food and wine stand opens with various specialties, to be enjoyed on-site or for takeaway. Sundays are dedicated to themed lunches, while Saturdays feature afternoon activities for children. During the festival, the "bacaretto" for aperitifs and cicchetti and an art exhibition also remain open.
The patron saint and the procession
On the day of the patron saint, the festival also becomes a religious moment: a Holy Mass is scheduled with a procession through the neighborhood streets with the sacred image, accompanied by the Conegliano Philharmonic.
