Panzerottata among the Trulli

The seventh edition

On Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 7:30 PM, Contrada Cocolicchio hosted the seventh edition of the Panzerottata among the Trulli. Seven consecutive years that have made this festival a staple of the Fasano summer, capable of attracting families and curious visitors to the ancient rural village.

As per tradition, the Apulian panzerotto — fried to order and filled with tomato and melted mozzarella — was the signature dish of the evening, served alongside wines from the Fasano hills, cold beer, and a selection of drinks for all tastes.

The soundtrack was provided by the folk group Aneme all'Antik, which, with tambourines, accordions, and powerful voices, accompanied folk songs and circle dances, involving the public in an evening dedicated to Apulian identity, amidst stories, music, and the charm of the trulli under the stars.

• In the evening — Folk music and dances with the group Aneme all'Antik (tambourines, accordions, traditional songs);
