Edition 2025 — Open Pergola
The 2025 edition of Open Pergola at Cantina Endrizzi brought the Piana Rotaliana summer to life with a rich season of vineyard experiences. From May's winetrekking to dinners and aperitifs among the rows of Vigna Masetto, the calendar featured local chefs such as Michele Zanella and Pasquale Granata, with tastings dedicated to Endrizzi wines and Trentodoc.
The 2025 Edition
In 2025, Open Pergola offered a wide calendar of events among the vines of Cantina Endrizzi, in San Michele all'Adige, combining vineyard walks, aperitifs, and dinners:
- May 10 - Winetrekking: guided walk through the vineyards with exclusive tastings along the route.
- June 27 - Vineyard Aperitif with chef Michele Zanella (Ristorante Alla Vecchia Macina, Mezzana).
- July 18 - Vineyard Dinner with chef Michele Zanella: four courses paired with Endrizzi wines.
- August 8 - Vineyard Aperitif with chef Pasquale Granata (Ristorante Essenza, Trento).
- September 5 - Vineyard Dinner with chef Pasquale Granata, featuring Campanian-inspired flavors and wine pairings.
- September 26 - Trentodoc Winetrekking: a walk dedicated to mountain sparkling wines.
The 2025 edition confirmed Open Pergola as one of the benchmark wine tourism experiences of the summer in San Michele all'Adige, in the heart of the Trentino Piana Rotaliana.
