The beer festival of Onara

The Onara Beer Festival is the historic beer festival of Onara di Tombolo, a hamlet in the municipality of Tombolo in the province of Padua. Organized by the Pro Loco of Onara, it takes place in July and spans about ten days, spread over two long weekends, becoming a landmark of the Cittadella summer.

Beer, grills, and long tables

At the heart of the event is, of course, the beer, served on tap along with a large gastronomic area featuring the great classics of Veneto festivals: grilled meats, fried foods, first courses, and specialties prepared by volunteers. The atmosphere is convivial and family-friendly, typical of village festivals, with long tables under the marquee.

Live music every evening

The real driving force of the festival is live music: every evening the stage hosts concerts, tribute bands, and DJ sets. In recent editions, there have been themed evenings dedicated to great Italian music artists, such as tributes to Ligabue, which have energized the dance floor and attracted a large audience from all over the province of Padua.

A festival for the whole community

The Onara Beer Festival is entirely run by volunteers from the Pro Loco of Onara and represents one of the most important community events for the hamlet and the municipality of Tombolo. Free admission, ample parking, and a program for all ages make it an ideal destination for summer evenings in the heart of Veneto.
