Edition 2025 — Olive and Oil Festival
The 65th edition of the Olive and Oil Festival took place on Sunday, November 30, 2025, in the historic center of Brisighella, from 9 am to 8 pm, closing the "4 Festivals for 3 Hills" review.
The 2025 edition celebrated a special milestone: the 50th anniversary of Brisighella extra virgin olive oil, DOP since 1996. Among the main events were the tastings of EVO oil varieties in Piazzetta Porta Gabalo, live olive pressing in Via Naldi, and, at 10:30 am, a show cooking by chef Igles Corelli under the portico of the La Rocca Restaurant. The Oil Path, food stalls with themed menus, and the local typical product market completed the day.
