Edition 2025 — Notti di Gusto

The 2025 edition of Tusa Blu Food took place from July 25 to 27 on the Castel di Tusa seafront, in the municipality of Tusa (Messina), to celebrate the eleventh consecutive Blue Flag. Three evenings featured food stalls, street food, craft beers, conferences on sustainable tourism, cooking workshops, and free live music.

The 2025 edition of Tusa Blu Food (Notti di Gusto) was held from July 25 to 27 on the Castel di Tusa seafront, organized by the Municipality of Tusa to celebrate the Blue Flag awarded to the beach for the eleventh consecutive time.

The program combined gastronomy and culture: on Friday, July 25, following the inauguration of the food stalls, the conference "Blue Flag: Safety at the Sea" took place, along with workshops on Sicilian cannoli and craft beers with food expert Maurizio Artusi, and in the evening, the comedy show by Ivan Fiore, "Fiore all'occhiello". On Saturday, July 26, the conference "Tourism Marketing for Regional Development" was held, followed by a Sicilian cooking workshop and a Radio 105 DJ set with Jonny Mele. On Sunday, July 27, the conference on sustainable tourism and the workshop "Seafood Cuisine and the Blue Economy" took place, featuring chef Gianni Marino.

For three evenings, the seaside village was brought to life by Sicilian street food, signature dishes, local products, craft beers, and sweets, in a format that combined tastings, in-depth discussions, and entertainment on the Blue Flag-awarded sea.
