Edition 2025 — Montiglio Truffle Fair
The sixth edition of the National White Truffle Fair of Montiglio Monferrato was held on Sunday, October 5 and Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with free admission. The historic center of the town of Montiglio Monferrato, in the province of Asti, hosted the prized white truffle market with local trifolao and commissioners responsible for the selection and certification of the specimens.
Alongside the truffles, over a hundred exhibitors showcased the excellence of the Monferrato region. The program included educational workshops for children, simulated truffle-hunting demonstrations with dogs, live cooking demonstrations, and wine pairings, as well as the award ceremony for the best truffle. The event confirmed its success with over 15,000 visitors.
