The heart of Mogliano's winter is the "Mogliano on Ice" ice skating rink, set up in Piazza Caduti and open throughout the Christmas period. Around the rink, there are markets, creative workshops, animated readings, concerts, and choirs, in a programme designed for all ages.

In the weeks leading up to Christmas, there are Christmas carols from schools, concerts, choirs, bagpipers, and the arrival of Santa Claus, while on December 8th the SOMS Antiques Market is held. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Mogliano Veneto and involves local associations, schools, and traders.
