The Mostra del Radicchio Rosso Tardivo di Martellago is one of the longest-running gastronomic events in the Miranese area, in the province of Venice. Dedicated to late-season red radicchio, the symbolic vegetable of Venetian cuisine, it takes place between November and December, enlivening the town centre during the coldest period of the year.

In the spaces of the Campo Sportivo di Via Friuli and the Oratorio San Salvatore, in Piazza Vittoria, you can taste salads, risottos, pasta dishes, and creative dishes that showcase this precious vegetable. Alongside the tastings, there are markets, meetings with producers, and workshops dedicated to the history and cultivation techniques of radicchio.

The exhibition, organised by the Pro Loco di Martellago, is not just about gastronomy: the programme includes musical evenings, magic shows, tribute bands, and entertainment for families.
