A day of cycling, sport, and inclusion at the Monza Circuit
Monza Bike Day is the event that transforms the famous track of the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, in the heart of Brianza, into a large cycling circuit. For one day, instead of single-seaters, bicycles race on the track, in an event that combines the tradition of racing with the passion for two-wheeled sport.
The protagonists are primarily the young athletes: hundreds of cyclists from youth categories compete on the Monza track, with prestigious races organized by Pedale Monzese. But Monza Bike Day is also an event focused on inclusion: a part of the day is dedicated to paracyclists and handbikes, demonstrating how sport can break down all barriers.
Alongside the cycling races, the day hosts the solidarity run "Fighting Ataxia – The Run", with 3, 5, and 10-kilometer routes designed to raise awareness about rare and degenerative neurological diseases and to support scientific research. Organized in collaboration with the Italian Cycling Federation, Monza Bike Day is much more than a competition: it's a celebration of sport, participation, and solidarity in the heart of Brianza. For athletes and families, it's an opportunity to experience the Monza Circuit in an unusual and engaging way.
The 2026 edition of Monza Bike Day takes place on May 24th at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. The day, organized by Pedale Monzese with the Italian Cycling Federation, offers cycling races for youth categories (over 900 athletes), with an hour dedicated to paracyclists and handbikes. Among the prestigious races are the 93rd Medaglia d'Oro Città di Monza and the 48th Trofeo Angelo Schiatti. The solidarity run "Fighting Ataxia – The Run" completes the event with 3, 5, and 10 km routes.
