The historic neighbourhood festival of Monigo with food, music, and themed evenings
The Rose Festival is the traditional neighbourhood festival of Monigo, a hamlet of Treviso, which in 2026 will reach its 49th edition. For two long weekends in May, the parish area of Via Sant'Elena Imperatrice becomes the heart of neighbourhood life, with food, music, and festive moments for all ages.
The star attraction is the food stall, complemented by a sandwich stand and a series of themed evenings: from Latin night to one dedicated to the Beatles, from a fish night to a gnocchi feast. The programme also includes a theatrical performance, a bocce tournament, and Mother's Day celebrations, scheduled for the first weekend.
The festival is organized by the Parish of Monigo with great attention to sustainability: reusable melamine plates and steel cutlery instead of single-use plastic. The CISOM medical post (Treviso-Belluno section) is present throughout the evenings, ensuring participant safety.
More than just a food event, the Rose Festival is a gathering moment that involves families, volunteers, and residents of the Monigo neighbourhood, in a formula that has been tested for almost half a century, combining good food, entertainment, and community spirit.
The 49th edition of the Monigo Rose Festival will take place in 2026 over two weekends: from Friday, May 15th to Sunday, May 17th, and from Thursday, May 21st to Sunday, May 24th, in the parish area of Via Sant'Elena Imperatrice 2/A, in Monigo di Treviso.
The programme features the food stall with a series of themed evenings — Latin, Beatles, fish, gnocchi — alongside a theatrical performance, a bocce tournament, and Mother's Day celebrations. The commitment to sustainability continues, with melamine plates and steel cutlery, and the presence of the CISOM medical post.
