Edition 2025 — Monferrato Selections
The 2025 Piedmontese debut
On Sunday, July 6, 2025, the Castle of Moasca hosted the first Monferrato Selections of the Tiramisù World Cup, included in the Nero di Stelle event. The day saw competitors face off in the Original Recipe category from 10:00 to 12:00, in the Creative Recipe category from 14:00 to 16:00, with the stage final at 16:00.
Recipes were evaluated for technical execution, presentation, flavor intensity, balance, savoriness, and harmony. The four semifinalists (two per category) earned access to the world finals in October in Treviso. The event, supported by the Municipality of Moasca with Mayor Andrea Ghignone, saw the participation of the Consorzio dell'Asti DOCG and the Consorzio della Nocciola Piemonte IGP.
