Molfetta Calzone Festival

The 31st edition of the Molfetta Calzone Festival took place on September 20, 2025, at the Villa Comunale in Molfetta, starting at 7:00 PM. Organized by the Pro Loco of Molfetta with the patronage of the Municipality, Unpli Puglia, and the Apulia Region, the evening offered the traditional calzone with cod, spring onions, olives, and turnip greens, along with tuna variations and gluten-free options.

The program featured live music enlivening the square from the early hours, children's entertainment by Antonio Roselli, and at 9:00 PM, a concert by the Bambini di Vasco with their Apulian rock. The edition reaffirmed the focus on sustainability with eco-friendly materials and anti-waste doggy bags, as well as the collaboration of students from the local Hotel Management School.
