When music meets solidarity
Mission Rock is the summer event at the Oratorio Sant'Alessandro in Melzo, a municipality in the Metropolitan City of Milan in the heart of the Martesana region. A weekend where live music combines with good food and a very specific charitable purpose.
Concerts and street food
The program alternates performances by local bands and music schools—including the RockHub music school in Inzago—with evenings of entertainment and dancing. Alongside the stage, food stalls offer a rich selection of street food: sandwiches, fries, pizzas, drinks, and ice cream. A simple and proven formula, capable of attracting families and music lovers.
An event for a good cause
Mission Rock is organized by the missionary group Le Formiche: all proceeds from the event go to support the group's missionary projects worldwide. The festival thus combines fun with solidarity, in an event that has become a regular fixture on Melzo's summer calendar.
