Art photography takes center stage
MIA Photo Fair is the benchmark event for art photography in Italy. The fair is held in Milan (Lombardy) in the spaces of Superstudio Più (via Tortona 27), in the heart of the Tortona Design District, one of the city's most vibrant areas for art and creativity. Each edition brings together Italian and international galleries that present photographic works by authors, in a journey that spans genres, eras, and languages.
From analog to artificial intelligence
The fair showcases the evolution of the photographic medium in all its forms: from analog photography to digital post-production, up to applications of artificial intelligence. Alongside the gallery stands, MIA offers special projects, thematic exhibitions, and in-depth discussions, providing a comprehensive overview of contemporary photographic language trends.

MIA Photo Fair is also an important platform for the photography market, frequented by collectors, curators, and industry professionals, as well as an enthusiastic public. MIA Photo Fair — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of MIA Photo Fair BNP Paribas, the fifteenth, was held from March 19 to 22 (with an invitation-only preview on March 18) in the Superstudio Più spaces, at via Tortona 27 in Milan. The edition's theme, "Metamorphosis", explored the changes in photographic languages, identities, and media, from analog photography to digital post-production to artificial intelligence applications.
The fair brought together 111 exhibitors, including 76 galleries (27 international and 24 participating for the first time), confirming its status as the leading Italian showcase for art photography.

Thursday-Friday 11:00 AM-9:00 PM; Saturday-Sunday 11:00 AM-8:00 PM. Tickets: online €14 (+ booking fee), at the box office €18 (full price) or €12 (reduced), 4-day pass €48. Free for under 12s and people with disabilities.
