Three evenings of free live music in the green Fonti San Lorenzo area of Recanati
The Memorabilia Festival is one of the most anticipated musical events of the Recanati summer, hosted in the charming Fonti San Lorenzo Cultural and Recreational Centre, in the green heart of the Municipality of Recanati, in the province of Macerata (Marche). For three evenings, the centre's outdoor space transforms into a large, spread-out stage that welcomes live music, meetings, and socialising, always with free admission.
The festival's identity revolves around quality independent music, far from purely commercial logic. Each edition features established artists alongside numerous emerging bands, selected through a national call that receives over a hundred applications from all over Italy each year. It's a concrete opportunity for young musicians to perform on a real stage, in front of an attentive and passionate audience.
Memorabilia is not just about music. The days are enriched with cultural talks and moments of discussion on current issues, markets and exhibition areas, and street food and DJ sets that accompany the public until late at night. The festival presents itself as a true collective laboratory of culture, participation, and real relationships, built thanks to the work of dozens of volunteers.
Behind Memorabilia is the Fonti San Lorenzo Centre, an association that organises the event with the strength of over sixty volunteers, including young Italians and international individuals involved in European volunteer projects. This participatory dimension is an integral part of the festival's spirit and makes it an event rooted in the social fabric of the city.
Experiencing Memorabilia also means discovering Recanati, a hilltop town in the Marche region famous worldwide as the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi. Between the Hill of the Infinite, the historic palaces, and the views of the Marche hills, the festival offers the opportunity to combine a passion for live music with a cultural trip to one of the region's symbolic places.
The 2026 edition of the Memorabilia Festival takes place from Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5, at the Fonti San Lorenzo Centre in Recanati, with free admission to all evenings.
The first announced artist is Rancore, considered one of the most original and appreciated artists on the Italian rap scene, expected on stage on Saturday, July 4. Alongside him, as per tradition, numerous emerging bands selected through a national call that received over a hundred applications from all over Italy will perform.
The full program for the three evenings, with other artists and schedules, will be progressively announced by the organization on the festival's official channels.

The three evenings (July 3-5) will also host emerging bands selected via national call, as well as DJ sets, cultural talks, markets, and food stands. The detailed program for each evening will be announced by the organization in the weeks preceding the event.
