The festival that opens spring
The Martellago Flower Festival is the event that announces the arrival of the beautiful season in the municipality of Miranese, in the province of Venice. For an entire day at the beginning of March, the SR Castellana, Via Fapanni, and Piazza Bertati transform into a path of colours and scents.
Floriculture, local products, and crafts
The protagonists of the festival are the floriculturists, with a wide selection of plants and flowers, alongside local producers and craft market stalls. The event is organised by Confcommercio del Miranese together with the Municipality of Martellago and combines territorial promotion with entertainment.
For families and for solidarity
Ample space is dedicated to the little ones, with slides, inflatables, and a gardening workshop run by the Scouts of Maerne-Martellago. Among the most followed events are the tiramisu masterclass with a world champion of the specialty, with tastings for charity, and the ornamental bird exhibition. The morning is also dedicated to awarding deserving students, a sign of the community's attention to new generations.
Flower Festival — edition 2026
The 4th edition of the Martellago Flower Festival takes place on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, along the SR Castellana, Via Fapanni, and Piazza Bertati. The day, organised by Confcommercio del Miranese and the Municipality of Martellago, brings together floriculturists, local producers, and artisans, with a rich programme of activities for families and moments of solidarity.

- Floriculturist exhibitors with plants and flowers

- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM — Tiramisu masterclass with Giuseppe Salvador, world tiramisu champion (2022); tastings and sales in the afternoon for the association "La Speranza di Marco"
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM — Gardening workshop by the Scouts of Maerne-Martellago: children can repot plants
- 11:00 AM — Award ceremony for deserving students
- Ornamental bird exhibition

How to get there
Martellago is reached by car from the SR245 Castellana, which connects Mestre to Castelfranco Veneto. The nearest train stations are Mestre and Maerne. During the festival, some streets in the centre are closed to traffic.

Free admission. The event generally takes place from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM along the SR Castellana, Via Fapanni, and Piazza Bertati.
