Edition 2025 — Bocconotto Festival
Bocconotto Festival 2025
The 2025 edition took place on Sunday, August 3, the first Sunday of the month, in the Maris Stella Parish district of Conversano (BA). Within the context of the celebrations for the Madonna della Stella, the parish stands offered the bocconotto—an oil-based pastry filled with custard and black cherry, the city's signature dessert—accompanied by folk music and the convivial atmosphere of a neighborhood festival.
Bocconotto & Wine with AIS Puglia
A new feature in 2025, included in the city's summer program, was the "Bocconotto & Wine" masterclass hosted on Wednesday, August 6, at the Maris Stella parish. Organized in collaboration with AIS Puglia and led by a sommelier, it offered a tasting journey pairing the traditional pastry with a selection of local wines, highlighting the bocconotto from an oenogastronomic perspective.
