The Mandala Festival in Rome
The Mandala Festival is an event dedicated to holistic wellness, creativity, and spirituality, held at the Città dell'Altra Economia within the former slaughterhouse of Testaccio, one of Rome's most vibrant cultural spaces. The event, promoted by the Anima Verde cultural association in collaboration with the Città dell'Altra Economia, offers a full day of psychophysical harmony practices, artistic workshops, and holistic seminars led by industry professionals.
A journey through body, mind, and spirit
The festival takes shape like a true mandala: a circular, open, and welcoming space in which to find balance and inner listening. Throughout the day, meditation and relaxation practices, sound rituals, conferences, and moments of sharing alternate, designed to guide participants through an immersive experience of self-discovery.

The exhibition area

An event in the heart of Rome
The setting is the Città dell'Altra Economia, in Largo Dino Frisullo, a stone's throw from the Tiber River and the Monte dei Cocci, in the city of Rome, Lazio. Easily accessible from the center, the former slaughterhouse space combines industrial archaeology with new cultural practices, offering a suggestive context for a day of wellness accessible to all, with free admission.
Mandala Festival — edition 2026
The Mandala Festival 2026 enlivened the Città dell'Altra Economia with a rich calendar of wellness practices, conferences, and workshops. Alongside group workshops, visitors were able to attend meditations, sound rituals, and relaxation sessions, as well as visit the exhibitor area featuring natural products and meditation tools. Admission to the event was free, with a symbolic contribution requested for workshop participation.

Hours and admission
Open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Free admission. A €5 contribution is requested for participation in group workshops and the craft lab.
