The Alpini's festival in Malpaga

The Malpaga Alpine Festival is one of the most beloved summer events in Cavernago, a municipality in the lower Bergamo area in the Province of Bergamo. Organized by the local Alpini Group, the festival takes place at the festival area in Via Marconi, in the village of Malpaga, and represents a moment of celebration and solidarity that bears the unmistakable mark of the 'penne nere'.

Cuisine, music, and brass bands

The festival's program combines traditional alpine gastronomy with music and conviviality. Under the marquee, you can enjoy mountain and regional dishes, while the evenings are enlivened by live music and performances by alpine brass bands, such as the one from Azzano San Paolo, whose notes mark the most traditional moments of the feast. A genuine and familiar atmosphere, in true alpine style.
