Levante PROF

The ninth edition of Levante PROF took place from March 9 to 12, 2025, at the Nuova Fiera del Levante in Bari, confirming its status as the reference fair in Southern Italy for the food and HoReCa supply chain. Over 250 companies occupied almost the entire 20,000-plus square meters of the new exhibition hall.

The 2025 edition recorded over 25,000 visitors, including Italian and international professionals, with a rich schedule of side events: cooking shows, seminars, conferences, and professional contests dedicated to pastry chefs, gelato makers, cooks, and pizza chefs. Exhibitors and companies presented products, technologies, equipment, furnishings, semi-finished goods, raw materials, and the latest industry trends.
