Le Vie dei Lancia: The flavors of the Nebrodi in Brolo

"Le Vie dei Lancia - Terre dei Sapori" is the food and wine festival that enlivens the Brolo seafront every late summer. Located in a coastal village in the province of Messina, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and nestled at the foot of the Nebrodi Park, the event has become a staple in the municipal calendar since its inception in 2023, eagerly awaited by both residents and tourists.

A journey through local excellence

The heart of the event is the promotion of typical products from the "Lands of the Lancia," the ancient name associated with the Brolo territory. Along the promenade, visitors can explore stands from local producers: wineries, breweries, cured meat producers, dairies, and agricultural cooperatives presenting their wines, cheeses, charcuterie, and Nebrodi specialties. Supported by the Regional Department of Agriculture, the festival aims to introduce these delicacies to the general public and create new commercial opportunities through meetings with national and international buyers.

Tastings, street food, and entertainment

Alongside the exhibition stands, the festival offers guided tastings, a street food area featuring local operators, and a rich program of evening shows. Over the years, the "Le Vie dei Lancia" stage has hosted Sicilian singer-songwriters and bands, live cooking shows with famous Italian chefs, and comedy nights with popular artists, transforming the seafront into a large open-air lounge.

Brolo and the Nebrodi

Brolo, dominated by its striking medieval tower, is one of the gems of the Messina Tyrrhenian coast. The event is also a perfect opportunity to discover the village and its hinterland, where the agri-food traditions of the Nebrodi intertwine with history and landscape.
