Edition 2025 — Le erbe in tavola

The second edition of "Le erbe in tavola" took place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, in Fobello, in collaboration with the CAI Varallo section. A botanical walk from the parish church to the Carestia Tirozzo Museum in Campelli concluded with a tasting of a wild herb dish prepared by chef Eugenio Pol.

The second edition of "Le erbe in tavola" was held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, in Fobello, in collaboration with the CAI Varallo section. Meeting at 10:30 AM at the parish church, participants enjoyed a botanical walk to the Carestia Tirozzo Museum in the Campelli hamlet, foraging for wild meadow herbs along the way. The day concluded at 12:30 PM with a tasting of a dish made with the gathered herbs, prepared by chef Eugenio Pol, blending nature, hiking, and traditional Valsesian cuisine.
