Edition 2025 — Le Delizie del Fassone

The 2025 edition of Le Delizie del Fassone was held at the end of April in the Savi hamlet of Villanova d'Asti, organized by the Pro Loco Amici dei Savi. Three days dedicated to Piedmontese Fassone beef, with hand-cut raw beef, tagliata, burgers, and local farm-to-table products, under the heated marquee and with entertainment by Mago Diesel.

The 2025 edition consolidated the festival as a fixed spring appointment in Villanova d'Asti. The Pro Loco Amici dei Savi offered the traditional menu based on Piedmontese Fassone beef, with hand-cut raw beef as the opening dish, tagliata, veal rib steak, and the Fassone burger, in addition to the Albese beef cascade, the Fassonetto platter, and tomini cheese with honey and Piedmontese hazelnuts.

The Friday and Saturday evenings, with service from 7:00 PM, and the Sunday lunch attracted numerous visitors under the heated marquee, animated by the magic tricks of Mago Diesel between the tables.
