Edition 2025 — Le Calli di Bacco
The debut of Le Calli di Bacco, from October 24 to 26, 2025, brought thirteen restaurateurs and wineries to the heart of Grado, featuring the authentic flavours of lagoon cuisine and Friulian wines. The official opening took place on Friday, October 24, in Campo Patriarca Elia with the blessing of the chefs' jackets and fishermen's nets; followed by an exclusive tasting curated by sommelier Alojz Felix Jermann with chefs and winemakers on the sea dike behind the Town Hall. On Saturday, October 25, a bike tour opened the day, followed by tasting routes, cooking shows, and meetings with producers in the alleys of the historic centre.
