Edition 2025 — Lamadacqua Food

The second edition of Lamadacqua Food, the "Green Edition," took place on August 29 and 30, 2025, in the Lamadacqua district of Noci, with the evening of the 30th postponed to Sunday the 31st due to bad weather. Two days of Murgia dei Trulli street food, guided tastings by AIS Puglia, free concerts, and activities dedicated to environmental sustainability, with a great turnout from the public.

Lamadacqua Food 2025 - Green Edition

The second edition of Lamadacqua Food, promoted by Confartigianato Noci with AIS Puglia and the patronage of the Municipality of Noci, was held in the Lamadacqua district under the theme "taste, nature, and sustainability". The two evenings, originally scheduled for August 29 and 30, 2025, saw the second date moved to Sunday, August 31, due to uncertain weather conditions.

Regarding food, the stands offered sausage, bombette, capocollo, dairy products, and Murgia cheeses, along with pasta dishes from restaurant partners and wine and extra virgin olive oil tastings guided by AIS Puglia sommeliers. Live music featured Renzo Rubino with La Sbanda on Friday the 29th and Tammorra Felice during the folk music evening, both with free admission.

The edition stood out for its strong green focus, with the "Recycling Tree" installation, a creative ecolab for children, compostable materials, and a sunset trekking excursion along the ancient transhumance paths.

Programme

Friday, August 29: opening of food stands, extra virgin olive oil tasting workshop with AIS Puglia, "Recycling Tree" installation, concert by Renzo Rubino and La Sbanda at 9:30 PM. Saturday, August 30 (postponed to Sunday, August 31 due to bad weather): masterclass on Trulli wines with AIS Puglia, creative ecolab for children, sunset trekking along the transhumance paths, folk music concert with Tammorra Felice at 9:30 PM.

Prices

Admission to the festival and concerts is free. Tasting kit (3 glasses of wine + one pasta dish) €10 in online presale by 6:00 PM on August 28, €12 on-site. Sommelier workshops by reservation.
