La Via del Gusto is the day dedicated to the food and wine excellences of Valle Trompia, in the province of Brescia, held along Via Roma in Gardone Val Trompia. An opportunity to discover the flavours of the region in a festive atmosphere, with stalls, culinary aromas, and music.
From Morning to Evening
The day opens in the morning with stalls, artisans, and farms showcasing their products. At midday, it's the highlight: the traditional spit-roasted lunch, a symbolic dish of Brescian tradition, prepared by local traders. In the afternoon, the celebration continues with street food and food trucks, while from 4 PM to 9:30 PM a DJ set accompanies the day.

The 2026 edition of La Via del Gusto takes place on Sunday, May 17, along Via Roma in Gardone Val Trompia (BS), from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The day features stalls, artisans, and farms from the morning, the traditional spit-roasted lunch prepared by local traders at midday, street food and food trucks from the afternoon, and a DJ set with DJ Paolo from 4 PM to 9:30 PM.
