La Polenta del Brigante 2025 - 15th edition

The 15th edition of La Polenta del Brigante was held in Pagliaroli di Cortino (TE) from October 10 to 12, 2025, in honor of the Mimmo Paesani Memorial. The food stalls, open from Friday evening to Sunday lunch in a covered and heated structure, offered ancient corn polenta in various styles along with traditional Teramo specialties.

On Saturday, October 11, the core of the nature program was the five-kilometer loop hike between Pagliaroli, Servillo, Fonte Palumbo, and Elce, immersed in the autumn foliage of the Laga Mountains and organized as part of the National Walking Day. In the afternoon, a theatrical and musical performance took place, while Sunday hosted an Abruzzese folk dance workshop. Folk music, featuring local bands, accompanied all three days.
