Edition 2025 — L'Ambra di Talamello

The 39th edition of "L'Ambra di Talamello" took place on Sundays, November 16 and 23, 2025. As tradition dictates, the Montefeltro village celebrated its pit-aged cheese with the "sfossatura", Pro Loco stands, DiVin Fossa, and partnerships with other typical Italian products.

L'Ambra di Talamello 2025 — 39th Edition

In 2025, the "L'Ambra di Talamello" Cheese in the Pit Fair reached its 39th edition, taking place on the two Sundays of November 16 and 23. Talamello, in the Alta Valmarecchia area of Rimini province, reaffirmed its status as the homeland of cheese aged in pits dug into sandstone rock, following the ancient tradition dating back to the Middle Ages.

The program featured its most beloved events: the "sfossatura" of the cheese wheels, the Pro Loco gastronomic stands, the DiVin Fossa tasting route in the pits and historic taverns, partnerships with regional excellences, and roaming music in the historic centre.
