Edition 2025 — L'altro Tartufo — Lo Scorzone
The 2025 edition of "L'altro Tartufo — Lo Scorzone" took place in mid-June in San Giovanni d'Asso, a village in the municipality of Montalcino, in the Province of Siena. The event, announced by the Pro Loco of San Giovanni d'Asso and the National Association of Truffle Cities, confirmed the formula of two evenings dedicated to the black summer truffle, the scorzone, with dinners and aperitifs based on this precious product accompanied by live entertainment.
The event was an opportunity to highlight the summer truffle of the Crete Senesi region, pairing it with the more famous tradition of the San Giovanni d'Asso white truffle, and to offer visitors an authentic gastronomic experience in the heart of one of the villages that symbolizes Tuscan truffle culture.
