In Poggio Rusco, an important centre in the Bassa Mantovana on the border with Emilia, the June Fair is the most anticipated event of the early summer. For five days, the historic centre and Piazza 1° Maggio are transformed into a large festival space for all ages.
Taste, attractions, and tradition
Every evening, food stands and the cocktail bar are open in the piazza, alongside the luna park, fast food, a naval modelling exhibition, and Pro Loco fishing activities. Evening visits to the tower are also offered, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Themed music evenings
The heart of the fair is the music evenings, each with a different theme: from 80s-90s disco revival to cover and rock concerts, from pop-rock tributes to lively Latin evenings. Special dinners — from hamburger night to grilled specialties — complete a programme designed for the enjoyment of families, young people, and music lovers, confirming the June Fair as a key event for the province of Mantua.

The June 2026 Fair enlivens Poggio Rusco from June 19 to 23. Every evening, food stands and the cocktail bar are open in Piazza 1° Maggio, with a luna park, fast food, a naval modelling exhibition, Pro Loco fishing activities, and tower visits (9:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Themed music evenings mark the five days of celebration, with dedicated special dinners.

- 80s/90s Disco Night with Radio Pico Weekendance and 80s tavern; hamburger night.
Saturday, June 20
- Cover night with rock performances; grilled specialties by The Pork Grill (also Sunday).
Monday, June 22
- Pop-rock night with a tribute to Queen.
Tuesday, June 23
- Latin dance night with DJs and "Fuego - The Latin Party".
