Five days of free concerts and street food at Parco di Serravalle in Empoli
The Jump Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the Empoli summer: for five consecutive evenings, the Parco di Serravalle, in the green heart of Empoli (province of Florence, Tuscany), transforms into a large open-air stage. Live concerts, DJ sets, themed shows, and a rich selection of street food coexist in a popular, family-friendly format, with one key feature that makes all the difference: admission is completely free.
The festival is organized by the Jump Live Association of Empoli with the patronage of the Municipality of Empoli, and is part of the city's summer program, Uno spettacolo d'estate. The idea is simple and successful: to bring quality music and a sense of community to a public space accessible to everyone, where evenings begin in the late afternoon with the opening of the food areas and continue late into the night with concerts on the main stage.
The strength of the Jump Festival lies in the variety of its programming, designed to reach diverse audiences while keeping its doors wide open. Over the years, the Serravalle stage has hosted:
Every evening, the park hosts large street food areas with local specialties and quick bites, open from the late afternoon: a perfect opportunity to dine outdoors before the concerts in an informal setting that is also suitable for families. The greenery of Parco di Serravalle, nestled in the outskirts of Empoli, provides the ideal backdrop for enjoying summer evenings in good company.
Located in the middle of the Arno valley, halfway between Florence and Pisa, Empoli is a lively Tuscan town known for its glass-making tradition and a summer season packed with events. The Jump Festival helps make the city a go-to destination for those looking for high-quality, free live music during the hottest months of the year.
The 2026 edition of the Jump Festival was held from June 10 to 14 at Parco di Serravalle in Empoli, with daily opening of the park and street food areas in the late afternoon and concerts in the evening. Admission was free for all five nights, confirming the popular formula that has made the festival famous.
The opening night, dedicated to Bandabardò, was sold out, kicking off five days of music spanning rock, electronic, Italian hits, and themed shows.
